Nicole Piona, M.S., BCBA

Director of Clinical Services


Nicole Piona is our full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in Boston.

Nicole currently provides supervision to BCBA candidates as part of the Simmons College Behavior Analysis Mentoring Program. She holds the certification of Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has provided both home and school based services for children diagnosed with autism ages 15 months to 17 years old. While living on the West Coast, she worked for Easter Seals of Central California in Aptos, CA and Enriching the Lives of Children with Autism Inc, in San Jose, CA, providing services to children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Her past experience includes working at the May Institute as a Direct Therapist, Senior Therapist, and BCBA and as a paraprofessional for Westport Community Schools in Westport, MA.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and son, practicing yoga, and cooking.
